Before 6:30 p.m., PB Catch features BOGO entrees, including cioppino.

After being nixed last summer because of the pandemic, an annual perk of the low season in Palm Beach is starting to heat up: dining deals.

Some island restaurants are rolling out bargains — via prix-fixe menus, discounts and BOGOs, while  others plan to launch or consider launching deals in the coming weeks.

Summer prix-fixe menus — offered in addition to restaurants’ regular a la carte menus — typically include a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert.

Menu items will change throughout summer to mix things up for diners.

A three-course prix-fixe lunch menu is offered at Le Bilboquet, which is nestled in Worth Avenue’s Via Encantada.

The $40-a-person menu by chefs Camille Martin and Adabis Castro features such main-course selections as seared branzino and chicken paillard with quinoa and kale salad. Classic peach Melba is among the desserts offered.

La Goulue, at the corner of South County Road and Royal Palm Way, is kicking off a prix-fixe dinner menu on Sunday; orders from the menu, by executive chef Pascal Sanchez and pastry chef Alex Ramos, must be placed by 6:30 p.m.

Diners at La Goulue can enjoy their summer deals al fresco.

Guests can choose two courses for $37 or three for $45. Seared salmon with green beans and yuzu emulsion; herb-roasted chicken with sauteed porcini mushrooms; and Prime beef tenderloin tartare are among the selections offered Sunday through Thursday (except on holidays).

Malabar panna cotta is one of the dessert highlights.

Elsewhere in town, other kinds of dining deals have begun.
