The first-year Texas Tech men’s basketball coach earned the commitment of UTEP transfer Bryson Williams, who announced his decision via social medial Sunday.

“Offensively I have proven what I can do against some of the best in the country throughout my college career. However, I want to challenge myself in other areas and needed someone I knew could help me the most with that,” Williams wrote as part of a note posted to Twitter on Sunday. “With that being said, I am excited to announce my decision to join the Red Raider basketball family, and to have the chance to play for Coach Adams.”
