Atlanta-based MDH Partners purchased Bronze Way Distribution Center, a 154,000-square-foot industrial property at 4707 Bronze Way in Dallas. The 7.9-acre property was constructed in 1978 near Interstate 20. It’s the investor’s fourth buy in Texas since April. JLL brokered the sale with George Rowe of MDH Partners. MDH Partners’ Texas portfolio includes more than 1 million square feet in Dallas and San Antonio.
Fairway View Group LLC bought a 25,884-square-foot office building at 14860 Landmark Blvd. in Dallas. John Wolf, Drew Sanden, Taylor Ing and Scott Maples of Newmark brokered the sale.
An affiliate of Livingston Street Capital purchased Haven at Lewisville Lake, a 180-unit 55-plus apartment community on North Garden Ridge Road in Lewisville. It’s the Pennsylvania-based firm’s first purchase in Texas. Originally built in 2002, the property underwent significant renovations in 2018.
Dallas-based Blue Ocean Capital LLC bought Villa Creek, a 162-unit multifamily community at 2835 Villa Creek Drive in Farmers Branch. The property was sold by Irving-based Darcorp. Chris Deuillett and William Hubbard of CBRE brokered the sale.
An investor purchased the Kiddie Academy of Allen at 1508 West Exchange Parkway. The Woodmont Co.’s Grant Gary and Stephen Coslik handled the sale.
