National Ice Cream Day 2021 is Sunday, July 18.
Isn’t every day a good day for ice cream?
While that may be true, some ice cream makers do celebrate with discounts and freebies on the day of national recognition, including these:
There are a few things going at Baskin-Robbins. The brand recently introduced its Creature Creations Into the Sea – the shark, dolphin and sea turtle treats each come in a unique cup, chocolate topper and sprinkles. Fans also can get free ice-cream scented Kinetic Sand with any purchase of $10 or more on July 18. And, customers can receive $5 off orders of $20 or more from July 18 through July 24 when ordering with Uber Eats, DoorDash and Postmates.
While not necessarily related to National Ice Cream Day, the brand has an ongoing promotion that could get you a free tub. Breyers introduced Cookie Coverage when it introduced that its Cookies and Creme flavor now has 20% more cookies. Customers who are not satisfied with the amount of cookies in the ice cream can file a claim and get a coupon for a free tub of Breyers ice cream. Customers will automatically get 50% off – a coupon for $2 – when they sign up for coverage.
Customers can get a free vanilla soft-serve cup or cone with a purchase of $1 or more on the BK app.
Participating stores will offer $1 off any size dipped cone when you use the DQ app.
On July 18, customers can get a free pint of ice cream, up to a $12 value, with orders of $20 and more when ordering from The Ice Cream Shop and using the promo code ICECREAM at checkout.
The Ice Cream Shop includes the brands Ben & Jerry’s, Talenti, Magnum, Breyers and Good Humor.
Customers can get 20% off online orders by using the code ILOVEICECREAM at checkout. But, the offer ends today.
Friendly’s will celebrate by giving away free Fribbles to its Sweet Rewards members. Customers that are members of the Friendly’s Sweet Rewards Club will receive a coupon in their account on July 18 for a free, medium-sized Fribble that they have until July 31 to redeem.
KIND is offering $1 off any frozen multipack or individual treat bar or pint. Customers should upload their receipts to kindsnacks.com. KIND pints are vegan and dairy-free and come in seven flavors – dark chocolate almond sea salt, coffee hazelnut, dark chocolate peanut butter, strawberry, cherry cashew, caramel almond sea salt and pistachio. The frozen bars are made from almond milk and layers with dark chocolate, chopped nuts and nut butter. A new flavor, Mint Chocolate Almond, was added to the lineup this summer.
Nick’s Swedish-style low fat, low calorie, and keto-friendly ice cream is offering 25% off across its website using the code ICECREAM.
The Vegan bundle is $59.94 and includes seven pints – Choklad Choklad, Karamell Swirl, Mint Chip, Vanij Bean, Strawbär Kräm, Peanöt Butter Fudge and Hazelnöt Fudge.
Whole Foods Market is offering 35% off ice cream and other frozen treats through July 20. Amazon Prime members can get another 10% off.
