CDW Tech Discuss Considers How Know-how Is Shifting Our Understanding of Distant Work

The way we work today has changed significantly from the way we worked at the beginning of 2020. Many of us haven’t seen the inside of an office in nearly 18 months, and some may never go back to the office full time.

Those changes, in tandem with new technology, have opened up new opportunities for flexibility in the way we work — and employees have come to expect that flexibility. However, it must be paired with physical safety measures and a robust security posture.

In this week’s CDW Tech Talk series webcast, we’ll be joined by Gary Radburn, director of virtual and augmented reality, client virtualization and remoting technologies globally at Dell, to explore the ways technology is factoring into the evolution of work.

Because the pandemic affected learning as much as it did the workplace, we’ll also be joined by Kim Nidy, director of technology for North Canton City Schools in Ohio, who will share her experiences implementing technology innovations on a limited budget.
